Description:
The PricewaterhouseCoopers Seattle, WA office is seeking a Tax Manager
to join their Financial Services practice. This position involves
advising hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds
and real estate investors, operators, and developers on the Federal,
State & Local, and cross border tax implications of their domestic
and off-shore operations. You will have an opportunity to network
extensively with existing and prospective clients, to assume a high
degree of responsibility and exposure within the firm, as well as
the opportunity to concentrate your efforts on tax consulting, compliance,
tax provision reviews and tax planning issues. You will be responsible
for providing industry knowledge and technical expertise to our clients.
Experience with Regulated Investment Companies (RICs/Mutual Funds)
is desired but not a prerequisite.
