A fabrication company
in Decatur, IL has a need for an administrative professional to fill
a part-time position. This is a fast paced position that includes a
wide variety of responsibilities from answering phones and greeting
walk in customers to MS Office activities. Starting
pay will be $10.00/hr. based on experience and skills. Hours will
be 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
The right person must have a strong personality and
the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate must be professional, personable
and have good phone etiquette. Data entry and typing skills are very
important and will be evaluated based on both speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in the basics of Microsoft Office Word and Excel will
be needed.
Very importantly the successful candidate must be
high energy and be able to multi-task and switch gears quickly in
a dynamic, changing environment.
