are seeking a motivated individual to join our group of young and
talented entrepreneurs. You will be working with college graduates
with an average age of 24. The social environment is very laid back,
but we are extremely serious when it's time to get in front of the
computer. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, intelligent,
creative, passionate, reliable, dedicated, and willing to work hard
to push the company to grow. YOU MUST BE 100% COMFORTABLE WITH WORKING
ON ADULT MATERIAL.
Requirements:
- Very strong computer background. You should know Windows/PC inside
and out and be very fond of basic software (e.g. MS Office).
- Adobe Photoshop (or other design software) Experience.
- HTML/CSS Knowledge
- Adobe Flash & PHP skills are not required, but a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain new websites.
- Create advertisements (using photoshop or flash)
- If you are interested in other fields, we can teach you the additional
skills such as: video editing, producing/directing short blog clips,
marketing and advertising, search engine optimization, etc.
Wage:
- $11-13/hr + very generous incentives. Every employee that we have
had thus far has received a raise every single month. Since you help
the company grow, you move up with the company.
In addition, we reward employees that are driven to grow the company.
This means those that are motivated to work hard will receive very
generous bonuses. Employees receive bonuses at the end of every month
which could very well be more than your entire salary for that month.
