Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
Maintain a cost effective and efficient facility emphasizing on office support services, maintenance and other functions required for day to day operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership and make HR decisions regarding performance management and performance ratings of staff. Assigns tasks/objectives and monitors daily operations of sub-function, according to established guidelines.
Assess and track client service needs, advising client services and administrative staff of requirements
Develop and implement Business Continuity Planning to meet all regulatory and life-safety requirements meeting ISO compliance and standards.
Provide office support systems to enhance administrative productivity
Ensure commitments to schedules and budgets are met
Manage facilities and equipment inventories

PROFESSIONAL COMPENTENCIES:
Able to multi-task and set priorities in a fast pace organization where objectives continual change and still meet goals
Accomplished team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Excellent skills in conflict management resolving issues with tact and discretion
Demonstrated success in problem solving and negotiating skills while still accomplishing customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate Degree preferred in business administration or other business related program. 5 to 7 years experience in a professional services environment, technical skill and job related experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
This position requires the ability to read, write, analyze and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, legal documents, financial reports and/or technical documents. This position also requires the ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications. This position requires a high level of skill in both oral and written communication and the ability to effectively present ideas and information

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Excellent understanding of Facility Project Tools, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
