Customer Service Manager - Sales - Call Center - bilingual - government

What you
need for this position:
* Must be bilingual in English and Italian, Spanish or German
* Open to international travel
* Computer literate with all MS-Office applications
* Bachelor degree in business, marketing or other related field
What you
will be doing:
* Responsible for providing guidance and direction to the Customer
Service Department to include management of all employees
* Develop a business plan for the department's current and future
revenue abilities to include obtaining customer maintenance contracts
* Visit, interview and retain service representatives both nationally
and abroad. This will include working across multiple groups and geographies
to obtain input and develop a plan.
* Delegate the coordination of all activities between the Customer
Service Department, other company departments, and Customers
* Work with marketing to ensure successful implementation, monitoring
and adjustment of these plans
* Responsible for personnel who maintain service parts inventory,
customer equipment records and other pertinent data pertaining to
customer files
* Develop tools, programs and training for customers and department
Must be authorized
to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
