Current
Need
This is an entry
level position supporting 6 employees with financial/analytical work.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or
data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment
within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Works with the clients through a more Senior Client Relationship Specialist.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions
on new assignments.
Additional
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong analytical skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as data processing
* Experience with building presentations and presenting to clients.
* Experience monitoring accounts receivable activity preferred.
* Strong customer service skills a must.
Minimum
Requirements
Entry level position
Position is responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship
with the customer. Ensures that all appropriate resources are available
and utilized effectively/efficiently to maximize overall business
management services and corporate profitability. Develops and maintains
positive client relations and coordinates with various functions within
the company to ensure client requests are handled appropriately (i.e.
within time and budget) while balancing client needs with company
profitability. This position has authority to substantially affect
the relationship between the company and a client, either from a financial
or services/product standpoint.
Education
* BS degree or
equivalent experience in business analysis.
* MBA or MHA preferred.
* Healthcare or medical billing experience preferred.
