Concierge Choice seeks a sales professional in the role of Account Representative who will manage interactions with patients and physicians. This role primarily serves practices for the Eastern U.S. as an onsite representative. The Account Rep interacts directly with patients to sell and explain the benefits of the program and aids the doctor’s office in integrating the program into the practice.

Additionally, the Account Rep is an onsite source of information to the physician regarding the program and membership. As a field representative, the Account Rep masterfully documents and communicates all interactions within the doctor’s office and is in frequent contact with Concierge Choice executives and managers.

Requirements
• Travel estimated at 75-80%
• Strong sales abilities
• Clarity within communication (verbal & written)
• Organized
• MS Office proficient – confident within Word & Excel
• Internet savvy: search engines, email (ex. Outlook)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent phone etiquette
