the Southwest. We need to team up with successful brokers in Alanta
and surrounding areas. The current downsize in the Real Estate market

highly experienced strategic partners already are completing on going
transactions in many states, and are continuing to expand our successful
Rent to Own program. The collapse of the sub prime market and excess
inventory have created substantial opportunities in the Rent to Own
market place. The designated brokers selected must be experienced
and able to manage others effectively. If you have extensive experience

Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
* Maintain strong knowledge base of local real estate marketplace
* Create overall business goals and sales plan for the branch locations
* Work with real estate Professionals
* Recruit, Hire, and train branch employees
* Manage and oversee the activities of all branch office employees
* Manage and expand a virtual marketplace on our website

Requirements
Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker, or Licensed Mortgage Broker
