Job Description
Full Job Title: Banking Services Representative IV
Processes
new accounts. Independently performs highly specialized duties requiring
knowledge of complex procedures and or regulatory requirements. Places
and responds to calls from clients to interpret and explain policies
and procedures. Utilizes multiple Bank systems to complete duties
requiring in-depth knowledge of system functionality. Exercises judgment
and makes decisions having significant impact on customer accounts
or City National Bank operations. Communicates with clients, vendors,
attorneys, regulatory agencies on complex and or sensitive issues.
Will be cross-trained for utility duties to fill in for absent colleagues.Job
Requirements
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel
and clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills..
Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
Strong Microsoft skills (e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook).
Familiarity with SellStation and Metavante desired.
Excellent prioritization skills.
