OPPORTUNITY
Project Manager / Account Manager
IOMEDIA is looking for a Project Manager with medical and scientific
background/experience and a managerial track record that possesses
a strong understanding of the creative process. You should have 5
years + professional experience managing clients and projects within
a creative environment and communicating regularly with stakeholders
on projects.
The applicant
needs to demonstrate 0-1 years experience managing and developing
a dedicated diverse account / client and multiple teams within that
client’s organization. Healthcare Communication / Pharmaceutical
Agency experience required. Two to three years of experience and involvement
within marketing, advertising, or visualization related creative studio
or agency is highly desirable.

team at IOMEDIA, and seek individuals who are enthusiastic and strong
team players. This is a full-time salaried position (with benefits)
for immediate hire into IOMEDIA’s Healthcare team in New York
City.
AREAS
OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Prepare and meet all client deliverables
• Set-up and manage weekly/daily calls/communications and document
all activities that come from client discussions
• Contribute to proposal building and hours assessments on client
requests
• Manage on-site and off-site meetings with/for client and production
team members
REQUIREMENTS
Education in Media, Communications, Biomedical Visualization, or similar
is required for this position. We also require that you have Healthcare
Communications / Pharmaceutical Agency experience.
Required
Software Skills Include:
• High level of facility with Microsoft Office [Word, Outlook,
Excel]
• High level of facility with Project Management oriented software
Favorable

• High level of facility with Adobe Photoshop / Acrobat / Illustrator
