has a 3 month contract opportunity for a Telecom Analyst with heavy
NEC expereince in Anaheim, CA.
The Telecom Analyst
assists in delivering advanced solutions to telecommunications installations,
troubleshoots problems and participates in design and development
of innovative, cost-effective solutions to customer problems. Performs
software/hardware support on systems, investigating, analyzing, and
resolving problems on a variety of products are part of daily responsibilities.
Performs Adds/Moves/Changes
on Nortel PBX/Voice Mail
Completes internal
moves, adds or changes in a timely, efficient manner
May include software
programming, cross connect changes, and hardware moves
Mental Characteristics: Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment
when assessing the needs of the client and determine the resolution
best suited for the situation. Requires a high level of initiative
and independence. Handle concurrent or multiple tasks/projects efficiently.
Physical Characteristics:
Vision sufficient to read standard text, read a computer monitor and
to drive; speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably
in person, over the telephone and in small groups; independent body
mobility to stand, sit, walk, stoop, and bend to access a standard
office environment; manual dexterity to use hands, arms and shoulders
repetitively to operate a keyboard and to write. Body strength sufficient
to lift up to 25 pounds. Able to work in an office environment, on
field assignments and occasionally drive to other locations and work
evenings or weekends for special situations.

Minimum Educational Requirements:
