Minimum
Requirements:
* Master's degree from an accredited institution in Hospitality Management
or Hotel and Resort Management or Restaurant Management or Hotel,
Restaurant, and Institutional Management
OR
* Master's degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 18
graduate credit hours in Hospitality Management or Hotel and Resort
Management or Restaurant Management or Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional
Management.
* Minimum of two years of recent college teaching experience in the
subject area.
* Minimum five years work experience as a manager or supervisor in
the hospitality industry.
