Description
LANE BRYANT is recognized for being one of the most widely known fashion
leaders in the retail apparel industry. We are seeking a highly experienced
AREA MANAGER / DISTRICT MANAGER for the market. This position will
manage multiple locations. The Area Manager / District Manager will
ensure a consistent and memorable customer shopping experience while
generating revenue and positive operating profits for each location.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Qualified
candidates will possess the following skills / requirements:
* Strong Leadership & Leadership Development
* Strong Business Acumen
* Proven track record for training and recruitment of top talent
* Merchandising for multiple units
* Must have 3-5 years of Multi-Unit Management experience in a Retail
Apparel environment
The right candidate will possess a successful track
record for managing expenses, payroll, driving sales, thinking strategically
and communicating at all levels. College degree or equivalent work
experience is a plus.
