You must be a responsible
adult that can handle doing a wide variety of jobs. Communication is
important as well as being onetime, detailed orientated and have a passion
for the sales showroom world.
Key Responsibilities:
¨ Distribution of press kits and look books to prospective accounts
¨ Maintain and update customer database and target accounts
¨ Research prospective accounts and potential clients online
¨ Assist all sales related customer service issues and requests
¨ Input all sales orders and send order confirmations to stores
¨ Manage inventory and liquidation of all overstock; organize
and manage sample sales
¨ Dress models during appointments for market
¨ Make sure showroom stays in order and is clean during market
¨ Work closely with sales keeping all spread sheets up to date
¨ Make any hand deliveries in NY to clients
¨ Follow up
calls to clients after market
