hire basis. Position:
Technical Recruiter - IT Consulting Services and Information
Systems
Term: Full-Time employment
Job Responsibilities:
* Understanding the requirements from the clients.
* Searching the suitable candidates through job boards and vendor
partnerships.
* Interviewing the candidates.
* Negotiating the salary / rates.
* Submitting the resumes to Clients/Account Managers.
* Coordinating the client interviews.
* Resolving the issues from the candidates during the projects.
Job Requirement:
* BS degree in Computer science or MBA.
* Excellent knowledge and skills in MS office products.
* Very proficient in searching and browsing Internet.
* Understanding of the client requirements.
* Ability to understand the technical requirements and act fast on
to present the talent to the Sales/business development team.
* Have ability to search/recruit proactively, with strong organizational
skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and
prioritize.
