Contracts and Pricing consists of jobs associated
with the preparation of contracts, proposals and agreements, related
negotiations, pricing review and approval, contracts administration,
export compliance, import compliance and customer contact and interface.
Requirements
Apply Contracts skills (e.g., prepare and administer agreements to
provide commercial aircraft customers with aircraft, products, data
and services, etc.) to document the commitment process and provide
administrative support.Makes and administers the contractual commitments
for commercial aircraft and related products, data, and services provided
by the company. Develops, negotiates, and documents the terms and
conditions of business and legal arrangements and manages risks assumed
in support of company objectives. Participates in, leads, and coordinates
team relationships that lead to a thorough understanding of customers
and their requirements, effective long-term customer relationships,
customer satisfaction through the meeting of commitments, and continuous
improvement of contractual processes.
