Oversee the Call Center in the Customer Service Department
and the voices of Rocky Mountain Health Plans to enhance business
performance. Direct full day-to-day oversight and decision making
of the department, management of personnel resources, call volume
inventory, workflow assessments and evaluation. Develop and monitor
goals, critical indicators, outcome measurements, and other resource
requirements.

Requires solid
people management skills, a detailed knowledge of Customer Service
and previous
management experience.
