Description:
Technical Support
Call Center resolving technical issues in order to keep field stores
operational
Accountable for
Speed of Answer, efficient use of company resources and concise documentaiton
of store incidents
Hardware/software
problem determination on back office PC's (Dell)
Hardware/software problem determination on Traffic Counters
Hardware/software problem determination on Point of Sale
Hardware/software problem determinaton on Scanners
Hardware/software problem determination on Network devices
Assist with equipment installation
Assume ownership of customer issues; follow through until issues are
resolved
Position
Requirements:
College degree
or equivalent work experience
Ability to work in a high paced environment and meet time sensitive
deadlines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, self structured, and an organized team player
Excellent Oral and Written communciation skills
Ability to document in a clear concise manner
Ability to work weekends, holiday s and evenings
Excellent customer service skills
