Education Specialist - Critical Care
Demonstrated experience in education planning, design
and curriculum development, demonstrated experience in leadership
skills through project management, experience in classroom teaching
utilizing a variety of education methods,
CA RN license, graduation from an accredited school
of Registered Nursing
Master of Science in Nursing or Education
Three years critical care experience in pediatrics
Two years nursing education experience in a pediatric care area
Ability to set goals and judges results
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and costumer service
Understanding of performance improvement principles and evidenced-based
practice
proficient computer skills
including Word and Powerpoint
