Job Description
Under limited
supervision provide quality service and guidance to all associates
and customers through direct telephone contact and online banking
channels; promptly responding to all associate and customer inquires
on the full line of products and services including: online banking
telephone banking ATM deposit accounts credit cards retail and business
products; responsible for resolving customer problems on a timely
basis and acting as a mentor to associates.
