Description
Must possess skills to serve as a consultant, educator, facilitator
and coach for Carilion Clinic in all areas of educational development.
Must have a clinical background in Critical Care/Cardiology, Operating
Room Services or Oncology preferred. Must be a Registered Nurse.
Will act as a
strategic partner assisting with the development and coordination
of system-wide processes related to Human Resources Development. Will
promote Carilion Clinic's mission, vision, values, leadership and
guiding principles by being a change leader and cultural champion.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Applied Sciences, Management, Human
Resources or related field required. Masters Degree preferred. Four
years of applied experience in Nursing, Education, Applied Science,
consulting, management or Human Resources needed and licenses, certifications,
and/or registrations required as determined by clinical areas.
Demonstrated
skills in project management, presentation development and consulting
essential. Applied knowledge and skills in the areas of communications,
leadership, team building, employee development, interpersonal relationship
management, versatility and creativity, and system application of
processes needed.
