Description
We are currently conducting a search for an Accounting Manager
to join a growing division of a Fortune 500 Company. The Accounting
Manager will be responsible for the cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting
and overseeing of all accounting operations. This company provides a
401K, Pension Plan and Employee Stock Option Purchase plan (ESOP). In
addition, they pay a quartely bonus based on company's performance,
which equates to between 10 and 25%. The Accounting Manager must be
a strong leader and be able to demonstrate ways in which they have implemented
cost reductions that have impacted business positively. CPA certification
is required (or those currently pursuing).
Requirements
Job requirements include:
- CPA license or currently pursuing
- SOX compliance
- Extensive background in Cost Accounting
- Management experience
- Budgeting and Forecasting
