POSITION
The Retail Banking development program provides exposure
to a broad range of responsibilities while increasing in-depth understanding
of Retail Banking branch management. The program consist of rotational
assignments that provide personal and professional development oppotunities
through combined classroom training and experience-building events.
Responsible for learning overall sales, service and operation of a
Retail Banking Center. Responsible for learning effective processes
to coach, develop, recruit and hire Banking Center team members to
ensure an extraordinary customer experience. Develops knowledge and
skills required to effectively develop and retain both consumer and
business client relationships through effective sales and service
management as well as deposit and lending product and process knowledge.
Develops knowledge and skills needed to balance the client experience
with mitigation of risk. Responsible for learning how to source new
business clients through outside calling and referrals from key referral
sources and by engaging the full resources of the Bank to uncover
and deliver solutions to meet the objectives of the client. Assists
with a variety of projects related to the functions of the Retail
Bank.
Retail Banking Mgmt Analyst, X19 - Requires a bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management,
and/or equivalent years of Retail Banking experience; Limited use
and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic
knowledge of business princples. Strong communication skills both
verbal and written; exceptional interpersonal skills; PC skills required
to conduct various analyses and produce quality presentations.
