The Consolidation Lead/Architect will build strong working relationships with the business teams (including the controllership team and FPA team), and the technical off-shore/on-shore/consultant teams to ensure functional requirements are met and standards/procedures are being followed. Complete assigned tasks on deadline, and identify potential timeline issues in advance.

1. Provide a single point of contact to the business for all issues, requests and enhancements regarding systems supported by the IT Shared Systems team with an emphasis on financial consolidation related processes and applications.
2. Work with appropriate finance stakeholders in designing, developing/testing, and deploying technical solutions and processes supporting month end, quarter end, and year end processes.
3. Provide end-user support and analysis for SEM-BPS/BCS
4. Create and fully document business/system requirements and design documentation for the corporate systems, including user interface specifications, user workflows, lifecycle rules, data entities and data capture, and validations and other business rules. Work will include both projects and business change requests.
5. Develop Functional and User Acceptance Test planning documentation, including test scripts, based on business requirements. Supervise UAT execution phase for projects and enhancements.
6. Interview business users, analyze business processes and requirements, and develop system requirements for corporate systems. Perform quality assurance on application releases.
7. Proactively work with key users and stakeholders to identify system changes and improvements that will increase productivity of and reduce manual processes for the business.
8. Review, evaluate, and document new procedures and processes. Prepare studies, reports, and related information for decision-making purposes. Perform analysis and prepare recommendations regarding proposals for improving various processes throughout the organization.
9. Participate in the design and implementation of training, including facilitation of end user training.

Job Requirements

-B.S. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
-SAP process/functional skills within the financial consolidation process area
-1 SAP SEM BCS Full Life-Cycle implementation experience
-Team lead or manager experience, with ability to work independently with internal stakeholders.
-Consulting and or project management experience
