ASAP Staffing, Inc.
(ASAP) is a leading healthcare staffing company, based out of Long
Beach California. ASAP is in the business of providing value added
staffing services to a client list that includes many of the top healthcare
organizations in Southern California.
POSITION
SUMMARY:
ASAP has demonstrated success in healthcare staffing
and you will leverage your sales experience to further grow and develop
sales in our target markets. As a Healthcare Staffing Account Executive,
you will be responsible for selling a variety of healthcare staffing
services, including Temporary, Temp-To-Perm, and Direct Hire staffing.
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional that will
help develop key relationships with our prospects and obtain and fill
job orders (as needed).
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Securing and developing opportunities within
targeted hospitals and health systems
• Prospect and client relationship management
• Sales forecasting and reporting
• Sourcing, recruiting, and presenting applicants for open positions.
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
You will need:
• Sales and/or recruiting experience
• A history of finding and closing new business deals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong desire for success
• A goal oriented nature
• A Bachelor's
degree
