Educational Qualification – Hotel Management Graduate desirable
/ Any Graduate with minimum 1 years experience at Food Retail environment
as an Assistant Manager or above level.Should have managed a retail
food service outlet of monthly revenue of Rs. 6 lacs and above per month
with profit and loss accountability. Skills

§ Volume driven Food retail operational skills.
§ Customer attraction, interaction and service skills.
§ Food merchandising and sensitivity to brand standards (Product,
Service and Brand Image).
§ Retail selling techniques (Upselling, Suggestive Selling, Cross
Selling, etc).
§ Fluent in spoken and written English.
§ Computer Sills – Data Management, Record Maintenance
& Analysis.
§ Cost Management (Food, Material and Labor Cost) , P&L management
and analytical skills.
§ People management and development skills.

To train and maintain cross functional resource pool at any given
time.
Driving
people productivity by rostering and managing optimum no. of people
in sync with revenue and profitability budget.
