focused on office space and retail real estate. Job
description
The staff accountant will
work closely with senior members of the accounting/finance department.
As staff accountant, duties will include working with both property
and investment/fund accounting groups and learning all aspects of
the real estate business.
Key Staff
Accountant duties include:
• Bank Reconcilliations
• Journal Entries
• General Ledger work
• Assisting with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing process

Requirements
Who we are looking for
The successful
candidate for staff accountant will have:
• BS/BBA in accounting
a must
• Prior real estate accounting experience a plus but not required
• Experience with MRI software a plus but not required
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Desire to learn and progress
