Provide Production support for critical enterprise
applications and environments at agreed service levels. Participate
in the incident management and problem management processes as a resolver
accountable for resolution, root cause analysis, and reporting including
Oracle and MS SQL related issues. Ensure that all production changes
are processed according to established change management policies
and procedures. Responsibility for Oracle database imports, exports,
database recoveries, consolidations, and related Oracle support and
maintenance. Develop and maintain PL/SQL code and database objects.
Assist developers in optimizing and tuning PL/SQL code.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information
Systems or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience with application
support and troubleshooting. Proven skills and experience with Windows
and Unix/AIX environment, supporting Oracle databases (versions 7,
8 and I) in a Unix environment, MS SQL in a Windows 2003 environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience creating stored procedures,
SQL tuning, creating Oracle indexes and triggers required. Demonstrated
ability with Unix scripting, importing/exporting databases, consolidating
Oracle databases, developing scripts, utilizes, and queries. Experience
supporting critical enterprise web-based applications, IIS Web server
and administration, COM+ troubleshooting and administration. Experience
with Java, ASP, HTML, DHTML, XML, XSL, and ActiveX. Knowledge and
experience of TCP/IP, network administration, SSL, Packet Capturing,
MS Active Directory Server and Citrix preferred.
