Description
Job Purpose: The
BSAM’s primary responsibility is to promote the services of
the Brokerage Unit (disposal. and refurbished equipments sales) within
the ePlus salesforce (technology and group). This person will also
assist in the administration of these same services.
The Brokerage
Business Unit is responsible for 1) used/refurbished equipment and
2) equipment disposal services
Job Responsibilities:
Promoting the services of the Brokerage Group with internal ePlus
sales using direct calling , emails etc.
Creating quotations and transaction documents (sales agreements, purchase
agreements, check requests, invoices) for Vendors, Customers, Remarketing
and Accounting, accurately and efficiently.
Assisting with the creation of sales material for internal use of
BBU products
Interfacing with internal ePlus salespeople on offerings, proposals
and issues.
Maintaining Brokerage tracking and status reports. Documenting transactions.
Requirements
Job Knowledge/Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Able to work with direction, multi-tasking and independent follow
through on projects in a timely fashion
Must be able to think and reason out logical processes and problems.
Positive customer service skills
Experience and comfort with information technology equipment pricing
and configurations
Customer service oriented, ability to converse properly over the phone
and create relationships
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
Some sales related experience preferred
