Supervisor
Job Description
Under limited
supervision manage the Bank Hotline (Problem Resolution Phone and
Online Banking) associates with different job responsibilities. Provide
highly trained/skilled technicians to consult and guide associates
in identifying/handling complex policy procedural operational and
customer issues in addition to managing multiple projects to ensure
timely completion and accuracy. This includes being responsible for
promptly responding to the more complex and unusual inquiries on a
timely basis and making escalated decisions.
