We are currently
seeking an outstanding person for Hospitality Management for a local
Children's Healthcare facility in Aurora Colorado. This property consists
of a growing Valet operation and other Guest Service to include: Concierge
Garage Management and Shuttle services. The property consists of a
busy valet service 24 Hours a Day, Seven days, with varying hours
for the other services.
We are seeking
an individual that is outgoing with a background in Theme Park management
or a busy Hospitality industry that caters to children. We are in
search of a creative individual with a knack for innovation and a
strong standard of excellence. This individual must be able to create
a positive environment inclusive to all types of families while delighting
and inspiring everyone who visits the hospital.

Duties of the
Hospitality Services Manager include but are not limited to:
Have a great time
at work while managing the property in accordance with Avascend's
policies, procedures, standard operating practices, verbal directives,
Federal/State/Local laws and client guidelines
Effectively supervise Avascend staff and build an environment where
creativity is welcome
Maintain communication and build relationships with client point of
contact as well as Avascend's Corporate Office
Must be able to fulfill duties associated with all hospitality services
provided at the account
Train Avascend staff to carry out duties in a professional manner
while having fun in a child oriented atmosphere
Complete administrative duties including but not limited to: payroll,
scheduling, hiring, discipline, standard paperwork, incident reporting,
maintaining car count and other assistance data
Effectively implement and maintain service standards consistent with
Avascend and client standards and expectations
