Clinical Manager position will join a high performance team with a
mission: to provide a safe home life with comfort, independence and
dignity to our clients. As a team, Bayada Nurses provides clients
of all ages with a broad range of in-home health care services including
high tech skilled nursing care, personal care, rehabilitation, therapies,
homemaking and companionship. As a Clinical Manager your responsibilities
will include clinically supervising all services being provided in
the home, monitor for quality assurance and act as an internal case
manager. Other responsibilities include performing assessments, developing
care plans, supervising field staff on a regular basis, and coordinating
care with referral sources, doctors and other professionals. As the
Registered Nurses Clinical Manager, you will be an integral part of
a compassionate, professional team that is instrumental in the quality
of care provided to our clients.
Requirements for this position include:
# A current NC
RN license
# 2 years nursing experience
# Prior trach experience
# Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
# Must be able to work independently
