to policyholders. We are looking for someone to join our Telecommunications
team. Description:
This position
entails maintaining Call Management System and responding to problems;
processing reports for company use for phone records, phone bills,
and approving invoices for payments; verifying all items for accuracy
and taking necessary corrective action; and coordinating and designing
wiring plans for telephone and data systems. Interaction with departments
to assess telecommunications needs and make recommendations to provide
services to company employees/policyholders is also involved. Research
and evaluate new Telecommunications products with the ability to give
high-level evaluations to management.
Requirements
include:
*Five-plus years
experience with traditional and advanced Telecommunication systems,
primarily supplied by Avaya.
*Must be trained
on Avaya PBXs and switches, Avaya Call Management System R14 (CMS),
Communication Manager 4.x (CM4), and Avaya Voice Mail and Messaging
Platforms, including AUDIX and Modular Messaging, VoIP and support
of remote workers. The ability to support and administer NICE Recording
Systems and Avaya Interaction Center 7.x is a plus.
*Solid background
in computing systems that support telecommunication operations.
*Ability to train
others on all systems, either one-on-one or in a classroom setting.
*Ability to work
from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on rotating shifts, and on call after hours.
Transportation and valid driver's license to support all three Company
locations a must.
