Description
DUTIES:
Responsible
for the ongoing education and staff development needs of the Company,
to include but is not limited to, developing written and online educational
resources, presenting educational programs to agency, divisional and
Corporate Support Center staff, and acting as a consultant related
to the educational needs of the company.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Nursing, Education, and/or Instructional Design
preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in
a role as an educator.
Experience providing constructive coaching and feedback in an educational
or managerial position.
Current home health care experience preferred.
Knowledge of McKesson preferred.
Skills
Required:
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations and outcome management,
including the OASIS data set and OBQI/OBQM.
Working knowledge of adult learning theories, principles and practices
and instructional methods and techniques.
Knowledge and previous use of computer-based training (CBT).
Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a training team.
