Requirements
General Responsibilities:
-Successfully routing services
(Cable TV, High-speed Internet, VOIP telephone) from service point
to customer’s home.
-Install set-top boxes, modems, and VOIP equipment inside customer’s
home.
-Troubleshoot existing services and bring installation up to quality-control
standards
-Add services to existing customers.
-Educate customers on services and equipment.
The Technician
may also perform:
-Service upgrades
-Downgrades
-Installation of HDTV
-Installation of High-Speed Internet
-Installation of VOIP telephone service
Qualifications:
MUST be set up
as an independent contractor
MUST be able to pass a background check
MUST be able to pass a drug test
MUST be able to work outside in all weather conditions
MUST be able to lift more than 80 lbs.
Prefer you to have Truck, Van, or SUV (Truck rental program available)
