Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical
discipline, and ten (10) years' experience in communications software,
hardware or networks. Five (5) additional years' experience may be
substituted for the BS degree.
