Desired Candidate Profile
Position: MT / IMT
Job Profile:
• To be familiar with client info, work types, reference source
for doctors name and routines, etc.
• To keep yourself updated on each account details and remain
updated on any communication regarding client feedback, updates and
changes etc..
• To ensure all the files assigned are completed with expected
quality and meeting TAT.
• Diligently double check uploaded and downloaded files, ensure
no files are missed.
• Coordinate in downloading templates and info doc everyday.
• To check on the transcribing and proofreading / editing, briefly
preview each file for formatting parameters before upload.
• To Transcribe /QA documents as per the Transcription / QA
methodology followed by the company.
• Co-ordinate in preparing, maintaining and updating, file allocation
sheet, LPD report, Account sheet, database of relevant information
to the client.
• To review the previous days work and quality by using the
compare document software.

Requisites:
• Strong Medical Transcription knowledge would be an added advantage.
