Full Job Title:
Advanced Practice Nurse (Nursing Administration) Full Time
The APN demonstrates
mastery of the specific knowledge and skills required for a specialty
area of nursing. The APN is responsible and accountable for the development
and application of standards and evidence-based practice to enhance
the quality of care to the patient and family. A self-directed, advanced
practitioner, the APN's primary function is that of an expert practitioner
with essential education, consultant, researcher and managerial role
components.
Job Requirements
Education:
Masters degree in Advanced Practice Nursing
Licensure or Certification:
Certificate of
fitness from State of Tennessee
National certification, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or
American Nurses Credentialing Center
