Business Banking
Team Leader
Job Description
Under functional
guidance, manage the day-to-day sales activities/behaviors of a group
of Business Development Officers within the Business Banking division.
Will be responsible for business development and relationship management
of own client base. The Production Team leader will work closely with
and coach Business Development Officers within their region. PTLs
will successfully manage Retail Branch and Commercial Banking partner
relationships while building deposits, fee income and referrals of
appropriate customers and prospects to Merchant services, Treasury
management and Wealth Management. PTLs will be responsible for personal
production in business deposits, business loans and key referral categories.
To qualify, you
should have a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or
a related degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum
Experience:
Superior business development experience
Adequate credit skills
Superior knowledge of non-borrowing products
Management/Supervisor experience required
Typical transaction size (0 to 500,000)
Management of Junior Managers
Management Responsibility - 3 to 5 Direct Reports
