The Position:
The focus of this position is handling all of our
internal and external customers in a courteous, efficient manner.
We make every attempt to build rapport with every customer that we
speak with daily whether it is through, call, facsimile or web based
transactions. Building customer relationships is the heart of our
business.
A team environment is promoted in the Call Center.
Employee engagement and communication is key to our success. You would
be engaged in a number of activities from coaching, training, Reward
and Recognition Programs and Problem Solving Focus Sessions. Data

and co- workers creates a great experience for both customers and

bringing new ideas and solutions to concerns. This is a rigorous and

Making outbound and receiving inbound calls
Promptly and efficiently carrying out request from our customers
Writing creative ads
Data Entry
Customer Service
