of America, Inc. (MSA) with headquarters in Lexington, South Carolina,
began providing home health services in 1973. Since that time, the
company has grown into an international corporation with more than
200 offices throughout the East, Midwest, and Southeast as well as
in the Philippines.
Today, MSA is
a comprehensive home health care provider with services which include
medical/surgical/IV nursing, pediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing,
physical/occupational speech therapy, pharmacy, medical equipment
(rental, sales), cardio diagnostics, rehabilitation, case management,
diabetic supplies, hospice, and other specialty services.
We currently seek
a Full Time Medical Billing Specialist to join our Physcian's Management
team in Lexington, SC..
The ideal candidate
should possess recent medical office billing and/or collections experience
and have the primary responsibility of submitting medical claims and
resolving denied or outstanding claims.
Requirements
* MISYS, TIGER
& All Script Software experience required.
* Recent physician's office billing/collections experience preferred.
* Basic knowledge or familiarity of medical terminology and diagnostic
codes.
* GED (General Educational Diploma).
* Excellent organization, communication, and problem solving skills
required.
