Description:
Our client, a leading national bank, is looking for an invoice and
payment clerk. This person will be responsible for the reconciliation
and payment of invoices. The hours will be Monday through Friday,
8 AM to 5 PM. This position will be located in the Polaris area.
On a day to day basis,
this person will be working with commercial real estate invoices;
reconciling the invoices and paying the invoices.
To be
qualified for this positions, candidates should have:
- Corporate real estate
experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to interpret simple to complex lease language
- Great attention to details
This position is scheduled
to be a 3 month contract with the possibility of going longer or possibly
going permanent. Since this is an immediate opening, individuals will
need to be able to personally interview within 24 hours.
