POSITION
DESCRIPTION
Do you possess
excellent customer service and communication skills?
Zions Bancorporation
is seeking upbeat, professional individuals to answer inbound calls
and assist customers with questions regarding checking & savings
accounts, loans and bankcards. In addition, this position will assist
with technical support. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma
or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience. One year
of call center experience is strongly preferred. Bilingual - Spanish
a plus. 25+ WPM typing speed required.
Training classes
will begin this fall. Full-time positions available.
Must be able to
work a flexible schedule Monday - Saturday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for
handling Customer Service inquires and problems via telephone.
Customer service is the primary focus, but the position also includes
minimal selling and promotion of products & services.
May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.
Interacts with other departments, clients and prospective clients.
Acquires and maintains thorough knowledge of services and functions
within various banking subsidiaries.
Maintains documentation and records of customer inquires, complaints
and services implemented.
Assists with other departmental duties as assigned.
Call Center Service Representative - Requires a High School diploma
or equivalent and 1+ years of directly related experience. Full use
and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Working knowledge of Call Center departmental functions, banking and/or
departmental products , PC's and customer service skills.
