San Jose Farmers’
Insurance agency seeks licensed, personal lines customer service representative
to join our team. Applicant should have at least one year experience
working with the Farmers’ systems. We
are seeking an outgoing, energetic, motivated individual with excellent
communication skills. Applicant must be professional and well organized.
Computer skills are required. Ability to multi-task at a quick pace
while maintaining attention to detail, be a team player and provide
positive and proper phone etiquette at all times while ensuring a
great "first impression". Must be able to work with little
direct supervision and meet established deadlines. Must be a self-starter
and proactive.
Some responsibilities
include:
• Contact clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Correspond with insurance companies
• Filing
• Check and verify insurance
• Assist coworkers
• Front desk duties
• Other office duties as assigned
