Skill & Job Requirements: Job Profile
Good understanding of applications transition activities starting from
RFP response to Due Diligence, Pre KAP, KAP, to Shadow support phases.
Ability to manage application transitions consisting of one or more
service lines with direct exposure/expertise in those service lines.
Handled at least 2 large scale application transitions of similar nature
and complexity.
Strong leadership skills ability to drive the team to achieve project
timelines and manage change and risks associated with the application
transition program.
Good communication, client interaction and relationship management skills.
Ability to articulate solutions, conduct presentations and discussions
with senior management from the customer side.
Willingness to travel and stay overseas for the required period.
High energy levels and ability to work closely with internal teams and
drive various internal teams practice, delivery, service lines and resourcing

To Program manage transition of Portfolio of Applications to achieve
benefits of strategic importance.
To provide end to end support and accountability to applications transition
ensuring stakeholder management (both Client and Wipro), coordination
with different teams involved (Pre sales, KT and delivery).
End to end responsibility for planning, scheduling and tracking of
application transition activities.
Managing customer expectation and ensuring customer satisfaction during
the transition process.
