As a Store Manager
Trainee, you will be trained and responsible for:
# Associate Capability and Retention
# Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
# Providing Tire and Auto Products and Services
# Creating Results for Associates, Customers, and the Company
Involved in every
aspect of the store operation, this position involves a commitment
to building associate and customer satisfaction. While selecting,
coaching and developing store associates, you'll be responsible for
merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services.

Job Requirements
# Demonstrated
success in retail sales & management experience or College educated
in Business Management.
# A college degree is plus!.
