a subsidy income up to $62,000 to help grow your business in addition
to a very competitive commission schedule.
Train

Our training program is designed to expose you to our industry on
a part-time basis, which allows you to make an informed decision of
whether or not you should pursue a full-time career as an agent. You
are always welcome to come on board full time. Farmers will personalize
a plan that works best for you.
On-going

Our District’s team of insurance professionals will provide
you with comprehensive product and sales training as well as marketing
assistance that include developing and implementing a proven individualized
business plan. We will provide you with all of the tools you need
