Job Description
Shall be primarily responsible for :
•
Attending customers in the outlet according to their requirement.
• Helping customer buy a product through consultative approach.
• Explaining to the customers the product’s features and
benefits.
• Maintaining order book.
• Ensuring proper display of stocks.
• Ensuring timely and quality delivery of order to customers
both counter delivery as well as home delivery..
• Handling customer complaints.
• Coordinating with technician while placing of order to ensure
correct and fault proof delivery.
• Coordinating with optometrist while processing the order.
• Forwarding order to assembly for further processing.
• Stock keeping and informing outlet manager about stock requirement.
• Attending customer calls/inquiries and informing the concerned
person as per requirement.
• Ensuring customer delight.
• Promoting future sales.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and accordingly dealing
with each individual customer
• Mentoring of new CCAs both in functional and behavioral aspects.
• Maintaining a learning attitude and ensuring self growth.
• Attending learning and development workshops.
Desired
Profile :
Must be a H.Sc.
/ S.Sc. with selling experience from Retail Industry preferably from
Optical Industry. Should be having excellent communication and interpersonal
skills with negotiation and convincing skills. Should be confident
and assertive to handle walk in customers. Candidate having working
experience into Retail Optics will be preferred. Please mention your
current CTC.
