The Assistant Controller
will partner closely with the controller and handle day to day accounting
and financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial real estate
properties.
Responsibilities:
• Review property
level financial statements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for properties assigned
• Analyze and forecast portfolio cash and make appropriate distributions
and contributions
• Oversee preperation of annual budgets and CAM reconcilliations
for the assigned portfolio.
• Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements Who we are
looking for
The successful
assistant controller will have:
• BS/BBA in accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with MRI a plus
