Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and
directing the restaurant team, operations, and financial resources
in the Front-of-the-House to achieve a profitable operation and positive
environment that "makes pleasurable dining affordable,"
while providing a dining experience that ensures our guests' desire
to return again. To be a successful leader, you must possess a strong,
stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume,
casual dining or family-style restaurant. College coursework preferred.
Job Requirements
Two to three years' management experience in operations
in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings. Education
and training normally associated with completion of a degree program
in business or hospitality. Successful completion of Phase I, II,
and III of the Golden Corral management training program. Golden Corral
